The fulfilment of agreements made with you, the customer. That is quality in the eyes of Van Thiel United. To fulfil these promises agreements have been made within the whole breadth of the organisation that are then set down in a process manual.
Assignments for products and services, which have been supplied earlier, are managed by the organisation according to a fully transcribed process. Our employees are encouraged to observe and report any disruption in the process. These reports are analysed daily to find and eliminate the causes with the aim of preventing any repetitions and consequently make the process even more streamlined. Through this way of working process results can be reliably forecast enabling us to estimate the feasibility when first making the arrangements.
For new and adapted products or services we use our “development procedure”, in which all preconditions are stated, to ensure that our top quality products and services are supplied to our customers.
The auditors of the external company Bureau Veritas Quality International regularly hold us up to the light and check that we keep to the agreed (internal) arrangements. Through the organisation-wide plan we ensure that we will remain a skilled partner for you, for now and in the future. Our ultimate goal is to exceed your expectations on all fronts. |
