Our process is simple: we inspect, clean, and straighten your tubes, cut them to size, fit the Tube-Lock® or couplers, and hot-dip galvanise for a like-new, rust-resistant finish.

No cleaning required

On construction sites, mud, sand and clay can accumulate in the openings of scaffolding equipment, causing problems. Our special caps for fixed transoms and extendable transoms seal the openings, reducing the need for internal cleaning after use.

Long lifespan and easy to assemble

The plastic caps weigh next to nothing, but are resistant to both impact and falls. They sit securely within the metal edge of the transom, ensuring a longer lifespan. Installation is quick and easy; simply tap them into the open end with a hammer.

The caps are available in different colours, such as your own company colour. You can order them separately, or opt for new transoms that are pre-fitted with the caps. We will arrange for them to be fitted in our factory.
