Thanks to its unique location in the city centre, parallel to the harbour, the building shapes the Rotterdam skyline and offers its residents panoramic views across the city. The development, designed by Klunder Architecten, includes 152 apartments, 1,050 m\u00b2 of commercial space and 165 parking spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the south side, the fa\u00e7ade is dominated by glass, while the other sides are characterised by striking brickwork.
